We are hiring a full-time Appointment Setter to support our investor outreach efforts. This is a full time position for candidates with experience in outbound sales and investor communication. You’ll be responsible for calling all leads generated through marketing campaigns and organic channels, qualifying them, and booking appointments for our investment team.
We currently have a backlog of over 500 qualified, semi-warm leads waiting to be contacted. If you can confidently hold conversations with investors and drive appointment conversions, this role is built for momentum from day one.
Responsibilities:
- Call all inbound and ad-generated leads within 5 mins (200 calls per day)
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up logs
- Represent the Primior brand with clarity and professionalism
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in outbound calling or appointment setting
- Proven ability to speak confidently with high-net-worth individuals and investors
- Strong communication skills and phone presence
- Must be able to work from our Irvine office
- Prior experience in real estate, finance, or private placement is a plus
